  I brought my son in for a FREE consultation with Dr. Seager yesterday. This after, Dr. Seager spent his own time and materials helping my dentist with an Invisalign issue I had been dealing with for a long time (they fixed it! and never charged me a penny).From the time I made the appointment to the time that I walked out of the office yesterday, the team here made me feel welcome, comfortable, and like a VIP! The office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when making the appointment. When a staff members reminds you of their name at the end of a conversation and encourages you to call with any and all questions, it shows the accountability they take personally for every patient. The patient coordinator was amazing to work with, answering my questions before I had even asked. Dr. Seager himself was very thorough, answering all questions and explaining things so I could fully understand them. His personal character is evident in that, again, he helped my dentist fix an Invisalign issue at no charge. There was never any pressure to start treatment. They even have interest free financing available and appear to be very flexible with payment options.This office runs like a well oiled machine and there is no reason to take my business elsewhere.
